DeMarr Moulton’s practice is focused on federal criminal defense, corporate internal investigations, and the representation of professional and amateur athletes. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he prosecuted a variety of federal crimes including wire fraud, mail fraud, sex trafficking, child exploitation, violent crimes, firearms, and narcotics. He then worked as an associate at a large international law firm. There, he worked on a variety of civil and white-collar matters, including trials for a Fortune 50 company facing numerous lawsuits alleging their baby powder contained asbestos and litigation involving a large, international bank in lawsuits related to the 2008 financial crisis.
DeMarr attended Cornell University and played defensive back on the football team. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, he was an extern for the Honorable James A. Wynn, Jr. on the Fourth Circuit.
